She is passionate about coming alongside individuals, couples, and families who are struggling to cope in everyday life and create a safe and authentic environment to process painful experiences, build insight, and create lasting change. Makenna is skilled in walking with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling to cope in everyday life through relational stresses, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and identity formation. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, and relational difficulties and is trained in Level 1 Restoration Therapy, EMDR therapy, Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Prepare/Enrich for couples.
