Kelly strongly believes in the practice of counseling and walking alongside others through their journey of growth and healing. She is passionate about providing a judgment-free safe place for people to be vulnerable and honest while showing unconditional support and empathy. Kelly has experience with clients of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations; and with issues such as eating disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, sexual and relationship issues, trauma, and crisis intervention. Her approach focuses on the client’s needs and goals and utilizes cognitive-behavioral and person-centered concepts and interventions.
