As a military spouse and mother of four, Kelley has learned the profound strength of resilience, adaptability, and compassion. Kelley’s professional journey began after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, which led her into the field of law enforcement. Working road patrol gave Kelley a deep understanding of the complex challenges individuals face every day. Over time, she began to recognize that many of those she encountered weren’t in need of police intervention—they were in need of support, healing, and someone to listen with empathy.

This realization sparked a powerful shift in Kelley’s career. After several years in law enforcement—and carrying the weight of many of her own traumatic experiences—Kelley stepped away to focus on healing, both personally and professionally. She pursued yoga teacher training as part of her own path toward wholeness and found it to be an incredibly restorative modality. This journey, paired with her education at Liberty University, deepened Kelley’s understanding of trauma, crisis response, and the intricate connection between the mind and body.

Kelley believes wholeheartedly in the duality of healing—the necessity of addressing both emotional and somatic (body-based) trauma. Unprocessed experiences often manifest physically, influencing how we move through life. That’s why learning effective coping strategies and having a compassionate guide can be so transformative. Kelley’s mission is to walk alongside others as they rediscover their strength, learn to regulate their nervous system, and create space for healing in both body and mind.

Whether you're navigating past trauma, facing present challenges, or simply seeking a space to grow, Kelley is here to support you—with empathy, evidence-based tools, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal.
