I truly believe in the healing that is created in the context of the therapeutic relationship. It is so brave to be vulnerable and unravel your story with another person. I hope to partner together to create a space to explore and discover all the different parts of you.

I work from a trauma-informed lens and understand the complexities of healing. I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness practices.
