We each deserve an opportunity to heal, re-connect with our desires, passions and inner-self. As a bilingual therapist, I strive to empower, to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and affirming space.
I have experience with working with human trafficking survivors, trauma survivors. I have a passion for helping those in marginalized communities, individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, infertility, grief and loss.
Additionally, I have a passion for the integration of faith, religion and mental health, helping individuals dismantle embedded shame.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process based on empathy, compassion, and an authentic connection. I would be honored to walk alongside your healing journey.
Outside of the office, I enjoy movie nights with my husband, our little girl and multipoo named Luna. In an effort to practice what I preach, for self-care I enjoy: Yoga, crafting and finding that special vintage piece at my local thrift store.
