Jessica is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Counseling at Life Pacific University. With a background in ministry, corporate leadership, and coaching, she brings a calm and empowering presence to the counseling space. Jessica works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and has a special heart for those navigating life transitions related to relationships, parenting, career, or identity.
She integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment-Based Therapy in her clinical work. Jessica is committed to creating a warm and supportive environment where clients feel seen, safe, and supported in exploring their inner experiences. She brings deep empathy and attunement to her work, especially with those healing from complex relational wounds, generational patterns, or spiritual disconnection. Jessica believes that meaningful healing happens in the context of trusted connection and that every client holds the capacity for restoration, purpose, and growth.
