Jessi is passionate about mental, spiritual, and relational wellness. In the past, she worked with diverse cultures including orphan refugees in Mexico and college students in the United States. These experiences have helped Jessi learn to employ various relational counseling modalities.

Jessi desires to help others engage their stories and find healing from trauma in many forms so they can live in fullness and abundant peace in this life. She is in training to become certified in Somatic Experiencing and hopes to help others process trauma through nervous system regulation.

In her free time, Jessi enjoys outdoor activities. She loves to surf, hike, and camp with her family.
