Jennifer believes that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and begin moving toward meaningful change.
Jennifer works with individuals facing trauma, grief, burnout, depression, and the overwhelming effects of stress. Her background within the military and special needs communities gives her a unique understanding of the pressures many individuals and families experience, allowing her to approach each client’s story with empathy and respect.
Her counseling approach is trauma-informed and relational, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to process difficult emotions and experiences. Jennifer integrates a variety of evidence-based and experiential interventions, including attachment-focused work, emotional processing, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and creative approaches such as art, play, and sandtray when appropriate.
Jennifer’s goal is to help clients develop greater self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and build practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. She believes that even in the most difficult seasons, growth and healing are possible when individuals are met with compassion, understanding, and hope.
