In the complexity of life and family we often find ourselves needing gentle guidance. Enseia works with teens and adults who come as individuals, families, or couples seeking assistance. She draws from therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy and Trauma Informed Care to partner with each client in developing skills to navigate life's challenges in the areas of loss, change, anxiety, depression and SI.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Board Certified Mental Health Coach (BCMHC), Enseia has been equipped to combine a therapeutic approach with practical application of skills learned in session. She believes that in the mental health crisis we are facing today families need help with emotional awareness as well as step by step guidance on how to walk in emotional freedom.

Feel free to contact Enseia and allow her to walk hand in hand with you on your journey to mental wholeness.
