Carol is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Journey's Counseling Ministry. She works with individuals, couples, and families, and values creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is insight-oriented and person-centered, with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change.

Carol brings years of experience as a personal coach, along with her clinical training, into her work with clients. She has extensive training in grief and loss and has supported individuals through some of life's most painful seasons. She also has experience working with families of teens and young adults as they navigate the complexities of development, communication, and shifting relationships. In her work, she offers a steady and compassionate presence as clients explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth.
