Bridget is a practicing Catholic attending graduate school for her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in spirituality. Bridget practices from an Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) approach, with primary experience counseling anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, particularly with teenagers.

Bridget brings her passion for craft and dance into her sessions and is experienced with art therapy including sand tray and music therapy. In her free time, Bridget enjoys being in nature, sewing, and historical dancing and reenacting.
