M.A. Clinical Psychology (in progress), Vanguard University

I believe that my job as a trainee therapist is to meet each individual where they are in order to get them to where they want to be. I strongly believe that each human seeks connection and that change is made by establishing supportive and healthy relationships. Communication and acceptance, as well as vulnerability and courage, are crucial to creating connections with one another and building relationships. I enjoy using many therapy modules as long as they align and benefit the client.

I was blessed to learn I could pursue a career in helping people work through constant change and sometimes uncomfortable feelings because no one needs to be alone.

I also have over 7 years working in treatment such as substance and alcohol abuse, eating disorders, grief, loss, and trauma. And as a Trainee, I have now gained experience and work with children, couples, and families.
