Alex is a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental counselor who helps individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions. He balances empathy with accountability, offering practical, skills-based support tailored to each client.

Drawing from both professional training and personal experience, Alex creates a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. His approach integrates evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.

Alex grew up in a small mountain town and now resides in Rockwall, Texas. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, their baby girl, and two dogs, appreciating both the calm and the joy that comes with family and nature.
