Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Director of Journeys Counseling Ministry in North Dallas. She brings years of experience walking alongside both adults and adolescents in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings at behavioral health hospitals throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Sarah is passionate about weaving together her clinical expertise and her Christian faith, building a bridge between psychology and spirituality to help clients find deeper healing for the soul.

Sarah specializes in trauma, addiction, and ministry burnout, walking with both individuals and couples on their healing journey. She is also trained in Psychodrama and Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), two approaches known to bring about substantial healing and growth.

Sarah is deeply devoted to ministry. She has served with Church Eleven32 for many years, as well as various churches across DFW, pouring into pastoral staff and leadership, and speaking into Young Adult and Marriage ministries. She also teaches on integrating biblical truth and mental health at various Schools of Ministry including Eleven32 College.

Sarah met her husband, Jon, while playing on the same rugby team, and the two fell in love while serving the church together. They married in 2019 and now live happily with their two miracle children.
