Amanda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She works with individuals, couples, and families and is a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. Amanda believes the journey to healing starts with being fully seen, understood, and accepted for who we are. She is purposeful about approaching therapy in a culturally sensitive and competent manner and is intentional about providing a safe space for individuals to seek healing and growth. She is also passionate about working within the community to destigmatize mental health.

Amanda has previous experience working with children, adolescents, and families presenting with a variety of emotional, social, and behavioral concerns while at the Boys & Girls Club of Garden Grove. Amanda has a special interest in working with Asian American communities that are struggling with intergenerational issues and feeling stuck between life transitions as they navigate and balance between their identity, mental health, and spirituality.

She also embraces her love of numbers and has many years of experience working in the accounting world. Amanda loves spending time with her husband and being a boy mom to her three young boys.
