I am a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee with a heartfelt commitment to supporting individuals and families on their journey to healing and growth. I am completing my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University and am excited to continue in my pursuit of becoming a licensed marriage and family therapist. With a strong foundation in individual therapy, attachment-based, and family dynamics, I am continuously expanding my knowledge to provide the best care possible. My clinical focus is helping individuals build healthy communication patterns, supporting individuals through transitions, and assisting individuals in managing anxiety and stress. I have a particular interest in addiction and attachment-based therapy.

Outside of my professional journey, I enjoy spending time with my son and family. This aspect of my life reminds me of the importance of balance and self-care, which I often incorporate into my therapeutic approach. I am here to support you on your path to healing and growth.
