Bridget is a practicing Catholic who recently completed her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in spirituality. Bridget practices from an Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Client-Centered (CC) approach, with primary experience counseling teenagers and couples processing anxiety, domestic violence, pregnancy, and self-exploration.

Bridget brings her passion for craft and dance into her sessions and is experienced with art therapy including sand trays and music therapy. In her free time, Bridget enjoys being in nature, traveling, reading, crafting, and historical dancing.
