Alexis is a Licensed Professional Counselor Trainee with a passion for helping individuals navigate through life's challenges. Alexis is currently completing her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King's University in Southlake, TX. She also holds a certificate in Trauma Informed Care, with a specific focus on female survivors. This specialized training equips her with the knowledge and skills necessary to create a safe and understanding environment for individuals who have experienced trauma.

Through previous ministry opportunities, Alexis has worked closely with children aged 1-17, women who have experienced a pregnancy loss or infertility, survivors of sexual abuse, and young adults struggling with anxiety and/or depression.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based, with a focus on promoting self-awareness and coping skills. She believes in the inherent strength and resilience of individuals, and their capacity for growth and positive change.
