Elizabeth S. Powell completed her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. Her dissertation examined Christian faith development in college students. Currently, Dr. Powell works with at risk youth in Los Angeles while also conducting assessments and providing therapy. She has previously worked with adolescents and college students in multiple settings. Dr. Powell also has over five years experience working in youth ministry and developing leaders in church organizations. She has a strong interest in understanding one's identity, working with young adults, and training leaders. Dr. Powell is an adjunct faculty member at both Azusa Pacific University and Vanguard University.
