Barron is a licensed Marriage, Family Therapist who earned her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from National University and received her Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University. Before joining Journeys, Barron received clinical experience at Turning Point and at Vanguard University. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Barron spent 20 years in the field of law office management prior to coming to Journeys where she both helps out administratively and works as a therapist. It is her passion and desire to help women in relationships - not only to help them better manage stress in their lives so they can be more present for their loved ones but to also help those who struggle with unhealthy dependencies and romantic illusions. Barron has been married to her husband, Joe Harley for over 30 years.
